UK Orders. We send using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next day service with extra insurance.

The package will require signature on arrival. The postman will  normally deliver between 10.00 and 13.00 but some packages will occasionally take longer but usually the delivery will be by 4pm.

International Orders. We usually send by DHL, but occasionally by Parcelforce International

All orders will have tracking details delivered by a notification link. We require your mobile number and email so you can be notified of the delivery details. We will not be able to dispatch your order until we have your correct mobile and email address.

Your address will be individually verified prior to dispatch to make sure the address is correct and the recipient will be available for signature. All UK orders that are packed and paid for and verified by 12 noon will be dispatched at 4pm daily for delivery the next day. 

Weekend deliveries

Orders placed and verified on a Friday will normally be delivered on a Saturday. But occasionally Royal Mail will deliver on a Monday instead.
