A beautifully made grandoise oval seal pendant made from 9 carat yellow gold and set with a large domed yellow and green bloodstone The piece measure 40mm tall and 18mm wide. Hallmarked Sheffield assay office 2007.
The bloodstone is of the very rare variety sometimes known as ‘plasma bloodstone’ due to its floating islets of colour – almost looking cellular. There are greens and yellows, ambers and cream.
